Beneficiary Reporting
There are a number of reporting requirements for Beneficiaries.
Monthly Reporting
Beneficiary Organisations are required to report on a monthly basis to Taith on project expenditure and the achievement of project targets via the Taith Reporting Tool.
The Beneficiary Organisation will be sent a link to the Taith Reporting Tool.
Any activity and/or spend for each month should be input by the first day of the next month (eg. all activity in January should be recorded in the tool by 1st February). If the first day of the next month falls on a weekend or bank holiday, the report must be completed by the next working day.
If no activity and/or spend has taken place for the month, the Taith team should be advised by the first day of the next month (or next working day if this falls on a weekend or bank holiday) that there has been no activity by emailing support@taith.wales
What needs to be reported
Please only include in the report, mobilities that have taken place or spend that has been incurred in relation to any additional costs that have been approved.
Organisation Participant Identifiers
The Reporting Tool is designed to report information without identifying the participant, however, it is expected that Beneficiary Organisations are able to identify project participants and provide further information where requested. To ensure that Beneficiary Organisations are able to do this, it is advised that each individual participant is allocated a unique identifier (reference) so that this can be used for any queries. This can be aligned with a Beneficiary Organisation’s own referencing system such as a student number.
Where a participant takes part in more than one mobility, they should have the same participant identifier for every mobility recorded. This will enable Taith to report the actual number of individuals taking part as well as the number of mobilities that have taken place.
For example, if a participant is given the reference 1234 and they go on more than one mobility, the same reference should be used for the participant.
No names should be recorded within the reporting tool.
For any queries, please contact the team at support@taith.wales
