Staff Eligibility
For staff mobilities, obtain evidence that the participants are employed by the organisation in a relevant role and for inward bound mobilities, that participating staff are employed by eligible organisations such as universities or colleges.
Examples of acceptable evidence: Contracts of employment; payroll / accounting records; corporate records such as meeting minutes; organisation charts; staff database entries; processed claim forms or timesheets for temporary and casual workers
Specific requirements for evidence / suggested additional evidence: Evidence should be triangulated with other information, e.g. website or LinkedIn profiles for key people, if any of the evidence provided is incomplete or in doubt.
