Project outputs

If undertaking an audit on completion of the project, check evidence of outputs of the project with reference to the original application. 

Examples of acceptable evidence: This will depend on the project – check original approved application. 

Specific requirements for evidence / suggested additional evidence: Where outcomes, as well as outputs, were referenced in the approved application these should also be evidenced, e.g. outcome data checked back to the information system from which it was extracted and verified.
