4. Previous grant performance

If you are currently or have previously been in receipt of Taith funding, we will consider your grant performance and management to date. This will include but is not limited to:
- whether you have met your targets
- if your current project or previous projects are/have been underspent (without valid justification)
- if your current project is on track to deliver
- any concerns or outstanding queries
- any funding to be returned to Taith
- if you have previously withdrawn from a project
- your current risk category
- if your project duration has been extended
- if your project is currently having or has previously had additional monitoring or support as it is/was at risk of not performing satisfactorily
It is important for Taith to have assurance that you have the capacity and ability to effectively manage both existing funding that you have been awarded and future funding that you may be awarded (in some instances you may be managing multiple projects).
We completely understand that every project has its own unique circumstances, and sometimes things don’t go as planned for valid reasons.
However, if we notice that an organisation isn’t managing its current projects effectively without a good explanation, we may make the decision not to award further funding.
If you’ve been informed that your current grant performance affects your eligibility for further funding, we kindly ask you to hold off on completing an application or eligibility form until you receive confirmation that you can apply again.
