Taith provides learners and staff with life-changing opportunities to participate in international exchanges all over the world.

International partnerships help bring an international perspective to the school, and curriculum. They allow learners to broaden their horizons, develop new skills and experience new cultures and languages. International mobilities link directly to the four purposes of Curriculum for Wales and support learners to become ethical informed citizens of Wales and the world.

I am applying for international courses at university and this trip inspired me to want to learn more languages, explore more countries… It makes you stand out from other students. It is such an amazing opportunity.

Sevin, Year 13, pupil at Ysgol Dinas Brân, Llangollen on her Taith-funded mobility to Turkey

Our educational trip to Sweden through Taith was truly unforgettable. I’ve never experienced anything quite like it. Watching pupils flourish, gain confidence, and find their voices was incredibly inspiring, a memory that will stay with me long after my time in education.

Mr H Ibrahim, Mary Immaculate High School, Cardiff on the School’s Taith-funded mobility to Sweden

The Taith programme has been transformative for our pupils and staff. Without Taith, the majority of our pupils would never have had the opportunity to travel to America. This programme has opened doors to life-changing experiences, allowing them to develop essential life skills, immerse themselves in new cultures, and broaden their horizons in ways we never thought possible. Taith has truly made dreams come true for our school community.
