2. Documents and information you will need to provide

You should have the below relevant information ready when you begin the eligibility form.

Charities, not-for-profit organisations and unincorporated associations will be asked to provide:

  1. a copy of your most recent audited/certified accounts (if these are not available, please contact the team to discuss alternative evidence for financial capacity)
  2. details of your organisations bank account that you intend to use to hold the funding if your application is successful
  3. your organisations 3 most recent bank statements (must be unredacted and for the last three full months with the first dated no earlier than June 2025)
  4. your company or charity number (if applicable)
  5. your governing document or a link to where it can be accessed (if you have not provided this to us within the last 12 months or if it has changed since you last provided it to us)

Schools, colleges, local authorities and other statutory bodies will be asked to provide:

  1. details of your organisations bank account that you intend to use to hold the funding if your application is successful
  2. your organisations 3 most recent bank statements (must be for the last three full months with the first dated no earlier than June 2025) or a headed letter from the local authority confirming your bank details
