Change Request Process – Guidance for Grant Recipients
You can make changes to your project while it’s running, if needed. These are separated into Project Change requests and Activity Change requests.
Project Change Requests are for updates to how your project is managed — like changing the main contact or legal representative. You must tell Taith as soon as you know about the change by sending a signed PDF letter on headed paper to support@taith.wales
Project extension requests need Taith approval and should be sent by email to support@taith.wales at least 60 days before the approved project end date.
Consortium change requests need Taith approval and should be sent by email to support@taith.wales
Activity Change requests must be noted in the change request proforma in your reporting folder as soon as they are known at least 30 days before the activity takes place. Taith will regularly review the proforma and either approve or decline the change. Taith will contact you if any additional information is needed. This is not applicable to Higher Education projects.
For activity changes, further guidance on how and when to log these changes in your reporting tool folder can be found on the Grant Recipient area of the Taith website
Next steps
Taith aims to review all change requests within 10 working days. If we need more details, we’ll get in touch. If your request is approved and a change to your contract is needed, we’ll send it within 15 working days. You’ll then have 10 calendar days to sign and return it.
