2. Timelines and Available Budget

Applications received after this deadline will not be assessed.

Outcome notifications will be sent to all applying organisations

Projects can commence

Pathway 1 (2026) is the last funding call of the Taith programme, with all Taith projects closing by 31 August 2027. Projects can therefore last a maximum of 12 months, with activities taking place between September 2026 and August 2027. Due to these closure of the programme, it will unfortunately not be possible for Taith to grant any project extensions.

2.2. Available Budget

The total indicative amount allocated to the Welsh FE and VET sectors in the 2026 Pathway 1 funding call i£650,000. 

Inclusivity and accessibility are a strategic focus for Taith and the programme is looking to fund as many and as wide a range of organisations as possible. As such, no organisation will be able to apply for more than 40% of the published indicative sector budget.
