Boys and Girls Clubs of Wales highlight how international exchange offers life-changing experiences

Boys and Girls Clubs of Wales (BGC Wales) is a national voluntary youth work organisation that helps young people across Wales live healthy, happy lives. It supports them in developing new skills, having fun, and making a positive impact in their communities. Many of the young people BGC Wales supports come from disadvantaged backgrounds and have never travelled beyond their local area.

In this video, BGC Wales staff highlight how international exchange programmes offer life-changing experiences; helping young people build new skills, strengthen support networks, and grow in confidence and resilience. They also share how Taith, as a Welsh organisation, makes a real difference thanks to its flexible, accessible approach tailored to the needs of youth groups and young people across Wales.
